From One Volunteer to a Family: Ronald McDonald House Tampa Bay's Story With Kelly+Partners

Lisa Supernon is CEO of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Tampa Bay, an organization that supports families with sick children by giving them a place to stay, along with the care they need, while their child receives medical treatment nearby.
The relationship with Kelly+Partners FRS began small — a single volunteer who saw the need and offered financial support. Over time, that grew into a full partnership spanning financial services, fundraising, and hands-on volunteering, now involving the entire local team.
The Challenge
Families facing a child's medical crisis often travel far from home for treatment, arriving with little more than the need to be close to their child. Behind the scenes, running an organization that supports them — housing, meals, day-to-day operations — requires real financial expertise and consistent support, not just occasional donations.
RMHC needed a partner who could handle that financial side reliably, while also showing up personally for the families and the mission itself.
