An Evening to Remember

On the eve of the McDonald's Worldwide Conference, Kelly+Partners Accountants hosted over 200 McDonald's Owner-Operators from the United States, Australia and Ireland for a private client dinner at the iconic Hell's Kitchen Las Vegas — Gordon Ramsay's crown jewel on the Strip.

It was a night that brought together some of the most driven, hardworking operators in the world, and reminded us all why what we're building together is worth celebrating.

We'd like to thank every single person who joined us for making the night as special as it was. Here's a recap of some of the highlights from the event below — we hope this gives you every reason to join us at the next event!

Kicking off the Week in Style

The week started with a statement.

With our own client dinner at Hell's Kitchen and the McDonald's® Worldwide Conference to follow, we wanted to announce ourselves on the big stage — and what better way than seeing Kelly+Partners Accountants lit up on the Caesars Palace marquee, one of the most iconic signs in the world, right in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip.

Millions of visitors pass through Las Vegas every year, and for a moment that weekend, it was our name amongst the bright Vegas lights. For us, it was a fitting way to signal that Kelly+Partners Accountants had arrived in Vegas, and that the week ahead had something special in store.

The Iconic Hell's Kitchen

Then on Sunday 31 May, over 200 McDonald's® Owner-Operators from across the globe joined us at the iconic Hell's Kitchen Las Vegas — a way to thank all of the amazing McDonald's® Owner-Operators we work with.

The food was extraordinary. Course after course from world-class chefs, flawless service, and the theatre of Hell's Kitchen's iconic open kitchen as the backdrop — every detail a testament to the restaurant's legendary reputation.

As the night unfolded, the conversations took on a life of their own. Owner-Operators from different markets, different countries, different walks of life — all under one roof, with more in common than perhaps they realised. Old friendships resumed, new ones formed, and by the end of the evening the room had become exactly what it was always meant to be — a place where the people who drive this industry forward could come together, connect, and celebrate what they've built.

'Great Barrier Reef' by Timothy Johnston

Between courses, guests had the opportunity to bid on original artwork by acclaimed Australian artist Timothy Johnston — a silent auction that added a wonderful dimension to the evening.

Every dollar raised was donated directly to Ronald McDonald House Charities — an organization that provides vital support to families navigating some of the most difficult moments of their lives. It was a privilege to contribute to such a meaningful cause, and a reflection of the values that run through this community.

Closing Out in Style

Then came the moment that took the night to another level entirely.

Australian music icons and Las Vegas residents Human Nature took to the stage, and Hell's Kitchen transformed. The classics came thick and fast, the crowd was on their feet, and the energy in the room reached a level that capped the evening perfectly. The standout moment — a full rendition of the Kelly+Partners Be Better Off song.

To cap the night off, Kelly+Partners' very own James Howard stepped up on stage alongside them for a cameo to remember.
