Sheila Berman

Sheila is a Partner at KellyPartners+JamesHoward.

Sheila has been a key driver of the firm’s client service excellence since joining in 2000. As a Partner, she is a trusted advisor to clients in the quick-serve restaurant industry, working closely with McDonald’s Owner-Operators and other clients to deliver tailored accounting solutions and strategic insight.

Sheila oversees a full range of services, including monthly compilations, bill pay, sales tax, and property tax reporting, while leading a dedicated team focused on accuracy and efficiency.

Her deep knowledge of the McDonald’s system and operational practices has helped build strong client relationships, supported by consistent communication and a highly personalized approach.

Sheila holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from California State University, Fullerton.

She is also actively involved in Ronald McDonald House initiatives, regularly participating in Ronald McDonald Walks and coordinating efforts to provide meals for families staying at the House.

Outside of work, Sheila enjoys traveling with her family and taking morning walks along the beach with her beloved malamute, Raven.
