Sheila is a Partner at KellyPartners+JamesHoward.

Sheila is a Partner at KellyPartners+JamesHoward, with more than 35 years of experience in accounting and advisory services for McDonald’s Owner-Operators. She joined James Howard CPA in September 2000.

Sheila oversees the firm’s Administrative staff and Bill Pay department, accounting operations, and plays a hands-on role in maintaining accounting procedures, onboarding new clients, and advising McDonald’s Owner-Operators on banking structures suited to their unique operational needs.

Her deep knowledge of the McDonald’s system and operational practices has helped build strong client relationships, supported by consistent communication and a highly personalized approach.

Sheila holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from California State University, Fullerton.

She is also actively involved in Ronald McDonald House initiatives, regularly participating in Ronald McDonald Walks and coordinating efforts to provide meals for families staying at the House.

Outside of work, Sheila enjoys traveling with her family and taking morning walks along the beach with her beloved malamute, Raven.
