Ben Khamis is a Partner at Kelly+Partners Northern Beaches and has been with the firm since 2020, progressing through the ranks from undergraduate to leadership. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Macquarie University and is a Chartered Accountant and member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. 

Ben works closely with business owners across a range of industries, with a particular focus on construction, property development, trades and real estate. He provides strategic advice across tax planning, business structuring, cash flow management, and asset protection, helping clients build stronger and more commercially efficient businesses. 

Known for his practical and relationship-driven approach, Ben acts as a trusted advisor to his clients and prides himself on building genuine long-term relationships that extend far beyond compliance and tax. He becomes deeply invested in both his clients’ businesses and personal goals, often acting as an extension of their team and a trusted sounding board through all stages of business and life. He is passionate about helping business owners better understand the financial drivers of their business, improve profitability, and implement systems and reporting processes that support sustainable growth. 

Having built his career within Kelly+Partners Northern Beaches, Ben is passionate about mentoring younger team members and contributing to a strong culture of accountability, leadership and continuous improvement.
